how's your christmas? mine was so-so. i got sick. again and again. and so what i bought with the prize i got from the darts game was one hundred tablets of vitamin C! haha. nevertheless it was fun naman. especially the crisps and gifts. haha.

anyway, i'm currently into Bo Sanchez reading materials, particularly the book you have the power to create love. and i am always moved by his lines. i mean, his words are so powerful...

emotions need to be felt. and then, you can let go. because you cannot let go of what you have not held! allow yourself to feel the pain. it's okay... allow God to embrace you in your pain.
